Vintage thrashed NYPD cut off tee

Cut thrashed stained like come on it can’t get any better. Put an old jacket over top this and you’re looking fucking good I tell you what. Not super vintage but definitely atleast 90s-early 2000s. Fits size medium I’d say. No returns.
