SHIPPING POLICY

All items are handmade and packed by hand. Please allow processing time before shipment.


PROCESSING TIME

Most orders ship within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Items that are made-to-order will require additional time. 
If production time is longer, it will always be stated in the product description.


SHIPPING METHOD

Orders are shipped via tracked carriers (USPS or UPS).
Tracking information will be emailed once the package is shipped.

Once a package is handed to the carrier, it is no longer under our control.

We are not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Lost packages marked delivered
• Weather delays
• International customs delays


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require additional shipping payment before reshipment.

We cannot change the address once the order has shipped.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If tracking shows delivered, the order is considered fulfilled.

If your package is missing, you must contact the shipping carrier to open a claim.
We can assist by providing tracking documentation if needed.


SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION (HIGH VALUE ORDERS)

Orders may require a signature upon delivery for security.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
