RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because each piece is handmade and often one-of-one, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Carrier shipping delays

  • Natural material variation (bone, leather, metal, dye variation, distressing)

Please review all photos and sizing carefully before purchasing.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of packaging
• Photo of shipping label

Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied.

If approved, we may provide (at our discretion):

  • Repair

  • Replacement (if available)

  • Store credit

Refunds are only issued if repair or replacement is not possible.


MATERIAL DISCLAIMER

Many items use real bone, leather, metal, and hand distressing techniques.

Marks, asymmetry, texture variation, and imperfections are intentional and part of the design — not defects.


CHARGEBACKS

By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.

Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may be disputed using:

  • Delivery confirmation

  • Customer communication

  • Order records

  • This policy agreement
